By accessing or using Clanvoyant products you agree to these terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation.
Use of the services
You may use the services only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes are prorated.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them to send unlawful, harmful or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Availability
We strive for high availability and publish our status openly. Enterprise plans include a formal uptime SLA. The services are otherwise provided "as is".
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Clanvoyant is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the services.
